Pinder Picnics Frequently Asked Questions

 

Can I bring my own food?

Yes, but please check out our food restrictions located on our terms & conditions when you are ready to order your Pinder Picnic and check out.

Do I need to clean up after the picnic?

No. Pinder Picnics will take care of everything for you.

What is the cancellation/reschedule policy?

We will only offer full refunds to those booked at least 30 days prior to their picnic event date and canceled at least 2 weeks prior to their day of the picnic event. If cancelled 1 week prior to your day of the picnic, you will receive a 50% refund of your entire amount. If you only paid your deposit, that would not be refunded. After that, we will only be able to offer you a complimentary reschedule.

Can we use the setup for longer than scheduled?

Yes. We would be happy to allow you to use the setting for a longer period of availability permits. This must be arranged in advance. Please note that a fee may be applicable depending on the amount of additional time required. 

What happens if it rains on the day of my event?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund bookings on the basis of bad weather, so please check the forecast in advance. If you have already booked and later discover it is going to rain, we will always try to accommodate last-minute location changes (e.g. to a sheltered area/indoor location). We will also make accommodations for a reschedule date of up to 2 months.

How far in advance should I book a picnic?

As far as in advance you can! The earlier you book your picine the more of a possibility we can accommodate you.

Where do you guys host picnics?

We can host your picnic anywhere on our picnic options. Whether that is in your backyard, public park or living room. For any location that you are unsure of please feel free to email or call us.
